House: 2 large living rooms (55“ tv 1st floor with 2 leather couches, and 75“ tv on second floor with a ridiculous 22 foot long couch and a chaise lounger for a reading corner).

• 2 kitchens, we are in the process of adding a second full-size prep kitchen to ensure a calm peaceful space to spread out and do meal prep. 2 full-sized fridges, mini-fridge and mini-freezer and any small appliance you can think of.

(Under renovation) Full gym: Rubberized foam floor, treadmill, smith machine, 350lbs plates with 3x bars, 2X 55lbs adjustable dumbbells, chin-up bar, cable machine, punching bag, plyobox, resistance bands, weight vest, etc. The gym is still ugly while we update it.

Restarting our hydroponic gardens so there will be plenty of free leafy greens, spices and herbs. We will be continually expanding this to hopefully start producing tomatoes, melons and cucumbers, etc,. inside all year round.

Two-car garage, walk-out basement.

There will be 3 people in the house. I’m (Tamara) in my mid-20s; a big reader, I love cooking, drawing, casual video games and am a relatively quiet person. I’m overseas for a few months in Indonesia.

Upper floor: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #1: The main bedroom and ensuite is rented out to Danielle; calm, friendly and approachable but is gone 90% of the time. Bedroom #2: The second bedroom was just rented out be Chloe, very friendly with a short-handed cat. Bedroom #3: Vacant as of May 4th.

Walkout basement: My partner, of 5+ years, Chris is social, respectful, a good listener but always busy, beyond cooking you might never see him. He never has anyone over and will likely be out most weekends to friends places. If you want him to customize your room, just let him know, he loves renovating and decorating (as well as video games). Chris has setup a basement suite for himself to clear out the second floor primarily for tenant usage.

Pets: We have a 2-year old rescue lab-husky mix, she is adorable and always wants to cuddle/be petted…with 3 roombas (1 per floor) automated to clean 5x a day each to ensure her hair fall doesn’t build up. We’ve added a pet gate to the second floor so she doesn’t get hair all over the place and on your clothing.
