I’m quiet, respectful, and highly value a peaceful home environment after a long day. I also have a very well-behaved cat who shares the space with me, so you must be cat-friendly!

House Rules & Expectations:

• Cleanliness: Essential. I keep the kitchen and shared living areas very clean and organized, and I’m looking for someone who automatically cleans up after themselves.
• Guests: Perfect for someone with a quiet lifestyle. Occasional guests are fine with a heads-up, but it’s not a party house.
• Routine: Prefer someone with a steady daytime routine/work schedule, or student.

The Logistics: Rent is $1200 per month. Utilities and internet are included, groceries are not.
