I have a private bedroom available in the basement of my beautiful home located in the Glenmore area of Kelowna. The property features a large backyard with an in-ground pool, which you’ll have access to—just ask that you help contribute to pool chemicals and follow general pool rules. You’ll be sharing the home with two people: myself (31-year-old female) and one other roommate (43-year-old male), who also lives downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is shared with him. The home has a shared kitchen upstairs, and there’s also a fridge and bar-style area in the basement for added convenience. Laundry is located in the basement. There’s a spacious basement living room that’s currently unused, so you’re welcome to make it your own. It includes a couch, and you can set it up however you like. We all share responsibility for maintaining the home—this includes keeping common areas clean, tidying up after using the kitchen, helping with yard upkeep, and contributing to basic pool maintenance. Rent: $1,100/month + shared utilities (split between the three of us) Pets: The home is technically dog-friendly, but I already have two very friendly and loving pitbulls, so additional pets won’t be considered. About You: I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing. You should be “party-friendly” but not overly into the “lifestyle”. Must have a full-time job and be reliable.

Me: I’m a 31-year-old female and a full-time painter. I have two very friendly, loving pitbulls who are a big part of the home. I enjoy listening to music (sometimes on the louder side) and collect vinyl records, so hopefully that’s something you’re comfortable with. Roommate: 43-year-old male, super easygoing and a great conversationalist. He’s a chef and very tech-savvy. He tends to keep to himself and spends most of his time in his room, so the space downstairs is generally pretty quiet.
