It’s a new build area, so it’s quiet and safe. The bus stop is a 4 minute walk give or take. The basement has 2 rooms, a shared bathroom, a kitchinette and it’s own laundry & dryer. Basement has its own private entry/door.

A family lives upstairs (main house) they are fairly quiet & easily reachable. I have one room in the basement, but the second is unoccupied and I’m urgently looking to find someone to rent said room. I’m a tidy, quiet and easy-going roommate, also introverted so on the occasion I’m home, I’m most definitely in my room.
