A large 2-bedroom apartment near Bathurst and St.Clair to share with one other female. The unit has a balcony and a large living space. There is coin laundry in the building. There is also underground parking for a fee (if spaces are available) or free street parking.

I am looking for a female roommate, ideally a working professional or mature student. The rent is $1050 plus $50 for internet. All utilities are included in that price (electricity, water, etc). The room is available immediately, there is some furniture in the room that can stay or be thrown out.

I am a working female and I’m often away on weekends. I enjoy doing Pilates in my spare time.
