The dimensions for the room are 9 ft. 4 in. x 12 ft. 2 in., with a relatively spacious closet. It includes one shared bathroom, a shared living room, an in-unit laundry, a balcony, and a shared kitchen. Amenities include air conditioning and a fitness room that has a treadmill, a bicycle, and a ping pong table. There is street parking available for you to park your vehicle as well.

The apartment is only a short walk from the grocery store (MacNeil’s Independent Grocer), Shoppers, and nearby food places. There is a bus stop nearby as well that takes you to the university and downtown.

Rent is about $650 plus electricity. This would be great for someone that are looking for a place to stay for a summer work term until the end of August or someone who is focused on school and looking to rent for the next year.

My roommate and I are third to fourth-year undergraduate students (21 and 22 yrs old) at the University of Saskatchewan who are working for the summer. We value a quiet, friendly, and tidy living environment. We are looking for someone responsible, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces.
