You will be getting the entire basement, which has its own entrance (also connected by stairs to the living room). The basement has two bedrooms, a livingroom, storage room, and private bathroom. The only shared items in the basement are the chest freezer and washer and dryer.

The house is three stories. I live on the top floor, and the middle floor is a shared space. The middle floor has the kitchen, livingroom, dining room, storage, and balcony access.

This place is a unicorn for the price.

I’m 35, male, and work in Cyber Security. I love biking, being outdoors, soccer, walking, tv/movies, music, mushrooms, gaming, etc.

My shared living philosphy is that everyone must take ownership on keeping shared areas clean and tidy (within reason). What you do in your own space is your prerogative.
