My roommates and I (we are 3) are renting out a private hall in our living room space. We are currently working on setting up the space and making sure it’s private and comfortable. We live on the first floor of an apartment building in Cote-des-Neiges. The building has a communal laundry room, small gym, a pool, and a small sauna. The apartment is within walking distance to the Loyola campus and the Montreal-Ouest train station. There are also 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy within 5 minutes of walk.
