My roommates and I (we are 3) are renting out the private hall that used to be the living room space in our apartment. One of my roommates is moving out so the spot just became open. The space is unfurnished and separated from the kitchen by ceiling to floor curtains. The room is very spacious. The building has a communal laundry room, small gym, a pool, and a small sauna. The apartment is within walking distance to the Loyola campus and the Montreal-Ouest train station. There are also 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy within 5 minutes of walk. Must be okay with cats (we have 2). More photos to be posted soon!
