Three-bedroom house in a residential area of Port Coquitlam, easy walk to groceries, bus stop, and highway. House has a front yard, fenced backyard, laundry, and driveway/street parking. Looking for one roommate. The house is old but safe and quiet.

Rent includes one room (marked on the floorplan) and all utilities — gas, electricity, and internet. Room is 180sq feet with a large closet, unfurnished and recently painted.

I’ve lived here since 2018 with my two dogs. I’m quiet, keep to myself most of the time, and have my own routines. Lately my hobbies have been reading and video games but I dabble in various crafts and tabletop. I’m currently taking online courses from Langara so I tend to be at home a lot. I’m looking for someone who is chill, reliable with rent, and comfortable with dogs.
