Three-bedroom house in a quiet area of town very close to groceries, dollar store, pharmacy, etc. There’s a nice tree in the center of the front yard and the back yard is fenced and dog-tested. We’re close to the highway with a driveway and a bus stop at the end of the block. The room for rent is private and gets good natural light. There’s also a front room currently set up for tabletop gaming that could be reconfigured as a dedicated workspace, hobby room, or whatever suits you. Rent is inclusive of all utilities (heat, hydro, internet).

I’ve lived here since 2018 with my two dogs. I’m quiet, keep to myself most of the time, and have my own routines. Lately my hobbies have been reading and video games but I’m been known to be pretty crafty and I’ve done a fair bit of tabletop. I’m currently taking online courses from Langara so I tend to be at home a lot. I’m looking for someone who is chill, reliable with rent, and comfortable around dogs.
