Currently offering one bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom female-only basement apartment. There is a bright and spacious living room with a big couch, a large TV, and a dining area. Full updated kitchen equipped with oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, and dishwasher. The bedroom available is mid-sized with a closet and comes with a bed + mattress, dresser, and side table. Will share a bathroom with one other person, the bathroom has a full-sized shower/tub and storage. Laundry is in the building, and there is a little porch and yard out front :)

This area is a great area to live in. The street is residential so it’s nice and quiet, but still very accessible by transit. It’s right by a stop on the 512 streetcar route, a 10 min walk to St. Clair West subway station, and has numerous bus routes nearby. Walking distance from some great parks with trails. Two grocery stores within a 10-15 min walk, or ~5 mins on the streetcar. There’s tons of restaurants and cafes to try, and lots stores within walking distance (LCBO, Dollarama, Shoppers, gyms, thrift store, farmers market on Saturdays, and more).

I am in my mid-20s, currently working at UofT and completing my masters degree. I love music, plants, running, being outdoors, and making art. I usually keep to myself but am open to hanging out! I’m down for movie nights and I love arts & crafts so if you are into the same, that might be a perfect match. I have guests over occasionally and you’re welcome to do so as well.

I will have another female roommate (and her cat) moving in on June 1st, she is also artsy and works at a vintage store and in graphic design. She is also artsy and also mostly keeps to herself but would love to have some craft and movie nights all together!
