It is a condo building and the apartment is 1+1 with a shared bathroom. The room would be $1270 (unfurnished) with hydro and utilities seperate (usually around $50-$70). Laundry is in unit and other amenities are available in the building (gym, study rooms).We would be signing a new lease together. The building is also very close to College and TMU Station. Would also definitely prefer parental and financial support!

A little about me - I am a second year TMU student and have experience living with roommates. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces and I value my own space but would also love to hang out sometimes and build a good roommate relationship. I’m a bit of a homebody but I do love going out wih friends. In my free time, I love going for walks around the city, concerts, café hopping, watching shows and movies and playing games. I’m totally open to discussing boundaries, splitting chores fairly, and making sure we’re both comfortable in the space.
