About the room: We have a big and spacious room available in Millwoods Edmonton. Very nice room for couples or students. We can provide all the furniture and storage space if needed. All utilities are included. However, there is no kitchen available. If you plan on having a tiffin service, this room would be perfect. For occasional cooking, upstairs kitchen is available. There is a private refrigerator available. There is a private washroom available. There is a LRT line 10 mins of walk away. There are 2 buses that go to the LRT line. The LRT line is directly connected to downtown. We are friendly landlords and keep the noise to minimum. We do have a car upstairs. While the room is rented, she is to stay upstairs only. She will not bother the tenants while they stay. Laundry services are available in the basement.
NOTE The whole basement is not furnished, just 1 room and bathroom is.
About the tenant: We don’t want trouble makers. No smoking, no parties, no noisy tenants . We want clean and organized people that don’t damage the property and helps maintain it. For more details, you can text me on my number or DM me on roomies.ca
Couples are welcomed along with students who wish to share the room.
There is no one currently occupying the room. You are welcome to share the room if you wish to do so.
