There is also a small backyard that is fully decked and fenced in. There is plenty of available free street parking year round.

I am a working professional who owns my own business. Work from home. Clean, quiet and very easy going. Looking for 2 roommates who are equally responsible. Ideally working professionals. Occasional guests are fine as long as they are also responsible & quiet. I am a very open person, communicative and actively run/go the gym. Generally keep to myself and mostly spend time in my room/on my computer when I am home, however can be social from time to time and on weekends. Ideally would prefer longer term roomies.
