Roommates expected to pitch in around the house to keep it tidy especially with daily mess such as dishes. 2 rooms available, see other add for other room, Furnished room w single bed. All furniture except the Bed and narrow bookshelf can be removed, but the bed does fold up to look like a cupboard if you’d rather bring your own bed. Street parking. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance (10min) to Millwoods town center; shopping, bus station, and LRT valley line. Aprx 15min walk to Grey Nun hospital. Easy access to major traffic routes henday, whitemud.

I’m a Single gal with 3 well trained dogs and occasional extra(s)that I dogsit. Respectful, considerate, keep shared spaces tidy. Sorry no cats as I don’t feel the dogs will do well with a cat. Dogs come to work with me, we enjoy quiet down time on weekends if we’re home. I’m happy to be by myself but equally like to share a movie or other activity with my housemates. Looking for someone like myself that’s non smoking including no marijuana and no drug use. Seldom drink, not a partier. Can be a bit of a nerd for Disney, Harrypotter and a few other popular fandoms. I try to have 2 housemates at a time.
