Located on the ground floor with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room area. However, there is no air conditioning in the unit since it’s an old building. And there is an on site operated washer and dryer.
The unit is in a old Victorian Style building built sometime in the 20s. Tucked away between Parkdale and Roncy with lots of great shops around especially if you love supporting local businesses. However there is also a No Frills and a laundromat down the road for additional necessities. The building overlooks the lake so it’s great when it’s summertime. With access to the Sunnyside beach and trails. There is also the Parkdale Hall that hosts a variety of events that span from pop ups like Sunday Market.
I’m currently in my late 20s, who’s working in retail but my background is originally in graphic design. I would love someone who shares similar creative energy but also who’s super chill and overall laidback. Someone who has lived with roommates before so it isn’t their first rodeo.
