The available room is approx. 12’x14’ with south west window views. Located on the top floor of the family home, it shares a bathroom with one other resident.

The home is decorated in an eclectic country style and has a rather lush English Cottage style garden.

The kitchen and living room are shared in this quiet family home.

The owner of the home is a 69 year old male, non verbal from a stroke, His son, a 42 year old active community member involved in a variety of charity work. Also here are his son’s significant other, a Ukrainian who has been in Canada for 3 years and is active in community and charity work. Lastly, our friend, another Ukrainian lives in the basement and often is upstairs visiting. There is a young hypoallergenic dog in the home.

We share chores like garbage takeout and general cleaning etc. This is not a hotel and you are expected to do your share.

Due to the nature of our work, the house is a quiet household as sometimes we work from home.

While all of us are social, this is not a party home and they will not be allowed.

No smoking inside the home.
