Subleasing my room in Hyman Soloway Residence for anyone interested! It’s a room in a student residence, so the school requires temporary occupants to be students enrolled in any post-secondary institution. It’s a 4-bedroom house but only one of my roommates will be staying! He’s an undergraduate student at uOttawa who I’ve been living with since last year Fall. He’s been kind and respectful of my personal space. I’m indifferent to gender, however if you’d only like female roommates this unit is not for you. You’ll get a private bathroom. Free laundry. The unit comes furnished with: a bed, mattress, study desk and chair. The living area has sofas, a dining table, a microwave, a cooker with an oven and a fridge.

Gender is not exclusive. Your other roommate will be a polite guy, an undergraduate student at uOttawa.
