Bedroom is in a 3rd floor unit in canyon meadows. Shared bathroom. Property has multiple amenities including a tennis court and a small gym. Heat/ water are included in the rent. But electricity and internet are separate and are usually around 70-90$ total per person. The condo provides parking for residents(an additional 60$/per month if you choose to rent a space) and visitor parking(first 6 hours are free)
My name is Jorja. I work full time and play rugby in my free time. I have two cats, which is unfortunately the condos limit for animals in the units. They also have a strict no dog policy.
