This a room on the 2nd floor of our Century home, located near the Foodland area. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk and mini fridge and small flat screen tv. It also has a good sized closet, and the washroom on the same floor. You would also have use of the kitchen and access to a space in a larger fridge and cupboard on the main floor, plus use of a shared living room.

We are a married couple and are very active and busy. There are a total of 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and we have one long term, working boarder currently there, and another boarder doing a practicum in Stratford, until April 2027. So, the bathroom on the 2nd floor would be shared with 2 other people. The other room is kept for when our families visit, mostly in the summer months. We also have a boarder in the basement, that works nights. We occupy a loft apartment above the 2nd floor, with our own kitchen and bathroom and we use a basement room. We require a person who will live a quiet lifestyle. No parties. Non smoker. And no drugs. They must be clean and respectful. We also have a small dog, and cannot accommodate another animal. Parking may be a bit of an issue, so someone without a car might be given preference, but we would consider each situation.
