I have a cat, so you must be okay with cats ⚠️ There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers. The kitchen has a fridge/oven/microwave. There is a free washing machine in unit, and a 2$ dryer outside. Hydro and wifi are not included in the rent, but heating is. The room you would have has a built in wardrobe and has well enough space for a bed, a desk, and some other storage furniture. (The pictures have the dimensions in cm.) Parking is available on site but you would have to pay a parking fee per month I think. It is a 5 minute walk from uOttawa campus, so it’s great for students! And right across from rideau center.
We are two very friendly girls (19 and 24 years old), and we love to play board games, watch TV, or go out together! We both speak French and English. I am a student at uOttawa in Civil Law going into my 2nd year.
