It’s a nice, newly renovated four bedroom apartment within a five minute walk from the University of New Brunswick and half of an hour from downtown. I can provide a floor plan, photos, and the terms of the lease upon request. The landlord prefers student tenants and young adults.

My two roommates and myself are newly enrolled students at the University of New Brunswick between the ages of nineteen and twenty. My former third roommate no longer wants to enrol at UNB and we need someone to replace him on the lease.
