About the room
I’m renting out the master bedroom in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. I have a desk, shelves, and bed frame if needed. There’s a large living room as well that we can share and I have my two pet rabbits in there (Greg and Francis) so you must be okay with pets. The rent is $1850 and I’m willing to cover the wifi and utilities as I know it is pretty expensive already.
About the roomies
It is just me living at the property right now. I’m a student at Durham College, my name is Nova, and I am working in developmental services. My partner has the opportunity to move to BC for their career and I will be taking over the rent as we don’t think they will be back for another year. I myself am pretty introverted and looking for someone who’s the same. I’m moderately clean but I won’t be mad if there’s a mess as long as it’s eventually dealt with. I have autism and am socially anxious so I keep to myself but I will always like to stay on friendly terms with whoever I’m living with. If we hit it off we can get coffee or a drink together and go over any details.
