About the room

This room is available over the summer from May to mid-August in a shared townhouse and is in a great location. It is just under 15 minutes from Downtown Calgary and only 5 minutes from the University of Calgary - perfect for students. Daily essentials are super convenient, with Safeway just a 3 minute drive away. There is also a bus stop nearby.

The room itself is nice and cozy. It has plenty of natural light with a double bed, bedside table, desk and monitor, providing a nice space to relax or study.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped, including a shared living room and kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove and all essential utensils - everything you need for easy day-to-day living. Laundry, fast internet, and free street parking are also available.

Rent is $750 a month with all utilities included.
