About the room
This beautiful corner unit in the heart of Church and Wellesley’s gay village offers a stunning view of the vibrant city at night and a gorgeous sunrise in the morning. The apartment is also conveniently located between Sherbourne and Wellesley station. On warm summer nights, the lovely corner balcony unit offers a great view and a chill vibe. The unit is a 2-bedroom + 2 bath, so no worries about sharing a bathroom. The kitchen is large, with a full-size stove and a full-size dishwasher. The room is spacious with your own ensuite bathroom, a sizable closet and windows that are fully functional. The room does come with a bed frame, but will be unfurnished. The Heat is included, but the utilities and internet are extra. The unit also has an extra parking space. That could be used for us or between us. Lastly, there is an in-suite laundry and dryer. If you think this is the right space for your message, all I ask is that you please respect my time.
About the roomies
My name is Brandon, and I am a fun, energetic and passionate roomie. My current roommate is moving out, and I am currently looking for someone respectful, chill and overall fun too. I identify as queer man, I am not particular about genders, I only care if you can respect that about me. I am a social worker by day, so I am out for most of the day, at night I like to cook for myself and others with the occasional dinner party, play video games and nerd out or go out dancing with friends in the city. I like to share the common spaces, so I always appreciate a tidy kitchen. I am sadly allergic to cats and dogs, so I can’t live with them. My friends and partner would say I am a pretty reasonable person, an excellent communicator and a conflict resolver. The unit is furnished; however, we can always chat more about what works and what doesn’t work. I will respond as best as I can. Let me know if you have any other questions.
