I’m looking to sublet my room for 3 months (July 1st - October 1st, with some flexibility on dates between mid-June and Mid-October). You’ll have free access to my bicycle as well! :)

Rent: $825+utils

Our house is cozy and colourful and can be described as such: brunchy, climbey, dancey, bikey, and musically inclined. You’d be sharing space with 3 other awesome roommates, in a clean, open and respectful dwelling 🧝🏼.

🛏The Bedroom: The bedroom is cozy and very sunny (south-facing). The main colors are green and orange, and you’ll stay in a room with some cool vintage pieces and art on the wall. I’ll be leaving all my furniture, some bedding too. It’s 104sqft (but with a big closet). You’d be sharing a dual sink bathroom with one other roomie (Colde). 

🏠The Home: Our home is near Quadra Village by Topaz Park, and it has a central but relatively quiet neighbourhood feel. We have a small backyard but boy is it ready for BBQ season. There is a big common space, ½ bathroom and large open plan kitchen/ living room. Bikes live in the shed. We have two parking spots on the driveway which we share. The house is a no-pet zone, unfortunately.

🫰A few things about the space we try to foster: Mutual respect of each other’s schedules and energy, LGBTQ+ positivity, diet inclusivity, group dinners every now and then, housemate excursions, and hosting friends, gatherings or events occasionally. We like to maintain a fun, vibrant and clean household.

Here’s us:

Colde (he/him), early riser except when not, reads sad fiction and excels in buffoonery. Likes being outside, whether that be frolicking in water, riding bikes, hiking, or getting sunburnt and complaining about sunburn.

Maya (she/her), works in the environmental field. She’s an avid dancefloor enthusiast, enjoys climbing both plastic and real rock, and spends as much time outside as possible nerding out on plants and birb noises. 

Jessi (They/Them), a cinnamon-bun connoisseur who firmly believes sunlit naps and a good cup of tea will cure most ails, will also rip it up on the dance floor - or any mildly flat surface. Loves after dinner walks (conducted at a gleefully swift pace), cold ocean dips, and hikes that leave them questioning their choices.
