Hi, i’ve been living here for the past year and will be staying for another year, the other tenant is as calm and clean as i am and we keep the place organized. We sometimes watch movies or do games nights. Your room as a great balcony and comes unfurnished. happy to accommodate anybody! Also, the kitchen is fully furnished.
