We have a clean, bright bedroom available in our 3-bedroom house. The room is desk-ready and currently features a twin bed with plenty of walking space. If you prefer even more floor space, we are happy to switch to a smaller bed or provide a study desk for you.

Storage: Includes a 6-piece dresser and a private closet.

Tech & Light: Newly installed TV, a study lamp, and a large window for natural light.

A Bright & Open Home

One of the best things about the house is how much natural light it gets.

Living Room: Features wide windows that keep the space bright and open.

Kitchen: Has two windows of its own—one looks directly out onto the backyard, making it a great spot to start your day.

Amenities: You’ll have full access to the kitchen with plenty of storage. We have two refrigerators (so you’ll have your own dedicated space) and two coffee machines.

Bonus Comforts: Relax in the common area massage chair or head out to the backyard, which has a BBQ and outdoor seating.

Tech & Parking: Ultra-fast 3Gb high-speed internet is included, and there is one parking spot available in the driveway.

We are located in a quiet, respectful neighborhood near Cummer Avenue and Bayview Avenue.

Easy Transit: A 3–6 minute walk to the bus stops.

Direct Routes: Buses go directly to Bayview & Sheppard Station or Finch & Yonge Station.

You will be sharing the house with two brothers—one working full-time and one part-time. We value a peaceful, respectful environment and are looking for a clean, responsible roommate to join us.

Our Shared Space

We do not have a professional cleaner, so we all pitch in to keep the shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom tidy. We like to keep a comfortable, organized home and just ask that everyone does their part to keep the common spaces clean so the house stays welcoming for everyone. Your room is your own private space to manage as you like.
