Room available for September 🙂 This is a bright, clean and private bedroom in a beautiful and spacious house located in the heart of the highly desirable neighbourhood of Gordon Head, super close to UVIC, Camosun college, and to all amenities including shopping, recreation centre, beaches and hiking trails. The house is across the street from major bus routes and within walking distance to UVIC

The room is beautifully decorated and is fully furnished. It includes a study desk, monitor, closet, chest of drawers, table lamp, floor lamp and overhead light.

The house is conveniently located at the end of a gorgeous and quiet cul-de-sac. It boasts a large full kitchen, living/dining rooms, fireplace and private bathroom. There is a sunroom that has been converted into a gym with new equipment.

There is a large backyard with a huge trampoline, fruit trees and an herb garden.

Street parking is available. In-house laundry.

I’m an ambivert and looking for someone with similar social style. 🎉

There are two very sweet, shy, and well-behaved indoor cats in the home. To provide stability for everyone in the home, a minimum 8-month lease is required.

About the roomies

The house has 4 bedrooms in total with 2 females currently living here. One female is a UVIC student and in their 20s and the other works full time for the BC government and is in her 50s. We both lead active lives and currently looking for one more female roommate.
