One bedroom is available on October 1 with flexible move in date. Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom suite in a duplex house in a nice community, Dalhousie. It is a main floor suite with 2 good size bedrooms, a large living room, bright big windows, a new laminate floor, a new bathtub, separate laundry, a big balcony, and a fenced backyard. The location is 1 minute to a bus stop, within walking distance to Dalhousie LRT station, Sir Winston Churchill High School, CO-OP, Canadian Tire, Northland Mall, UC Research Park, and Market Mall. It is only 15 minutes LRT or 10 minutes drive to downtown. 5 Min Ctrain to the University of Calgary. The rent is $800 plus shared utilities. Please briefly introduce yourself including move-in date and availability if you want to view.
