The basement suite features a bright bedroom and comfortable bathroom equipped with a modern rain shower. The living room is spacious with ample room for various activities and furniture.

If you desire, the suite can come furnished. Otherwise, it can come unfurnished.

Laundry is located in the bedroom and is shared. A laundry day will be mutually agreed, whatever works best for you.

Utilities included. Parking space in the driveway with a plugin.

You will be sharing the home with myself, a young professional, and my retured father. We are both very quiet, and the home is peaceful. We are easy to get along with and you can be as sociable as you’d like to be.
