All major bus terminals are within 5 minutes walking distance, making it very convenient for students or working professionals.
Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, heat, and water. Building amenities include gym, pool, laundry, elevator, and other common facilities.
No furniture will be provided. There is plenty of cabinet/storage space for clothes. The almirah shown in the picture may be available to buy separately and can be discussed.
