This is a shared living environment with different schedules and lifestyles, so consideration and communication matter a lot here. We’re looking for someone who’s respectful of shared space, generally independent, and comfortable living in an established household dynamic.
The house is a better fit for someone looking for a friendly, but relatively low-key home base rather than a party-oriented environment.
We have dogs in the home, so applicants should be comfortable around dogs. We’re open to a variety of living situations, including people commuting into the city for work or school, provided the overall fit is right.
