Room available in a 2-bedroom basement apartment. Semi-furnished with mattress, dresser, and small desk if you want to use them. Living room space will also mainly be available for you. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. Utilities are included in rent.

**Please note I have a cat. He likes to roam around the apartment, but he’s very friendly and fairly quiet!

Great area between College and Dundas - 3 street car lines very close; #2 subway line nearby. It’s a 2 minute walk to a grocery store, 10 minutes to Kensington Market and a park, and about 15 minutes to U of T.

I am 30 years old and I work as a social worker. In September I will be starting part-time courses at U of T, and I’ll be working as well. Sometimes I do have friends over (you are free to do the same). I’m pretty clean and quiet, as well.
