About the room

Large room with personal sunroom attached. June, July, August sublet, can discuss a potential lease agreement with landlord from September onwards if desirable. Shared kitchen and bathroom with 1 quiet female student roommate. I pay $900 a month for this room and I’m on the lease until end of August. Since I’ve already paid last month’s rent and I’m only offering three months I’m accepting $700 a month for the three months equaling $2100. Incredible location, westdale Hamilton, near water and university.

About the roomies

I’m trying to travel for the three months so I need the money and I’m stuck in the lease. My roommate is a quiet female student. Thus female roommate to move in is desired.
