Newer, bright location. Very pretty outdoor patio with great views. Suite has its own washer and dryer, nice common living space with large windows and a sweet gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms but also 2 office/storage rooms. which can be shared.
We are a couple living on the upper floor and are looking for roomates for the downstairs suite. We do need to occasionally have one of the 4 rooms free to accommodate our adult children when they come to town. (There will only be 2 roomates total).
