Quiet, clean, private, respectful, polite. The neighbours are the same. Very central, close to bus routes. Parking can be added for $25 for parking in lot. Female only, employed or inschool or independently wealthy or completely self sufficient. South East facing on green space. Morning sun. Pets live here but no more pets as we are at maximum per the lease and the pets are listed on the lease. 1 dog and 2 cats only. No more do not ask. Smoking only outside not on the patio. Stairs. 2nd floor.

I think I covered it completely. Any questions ? We are quiet and keep to ourselves. The 3 dogs no longer live here just the one dog and 2 cats live here currently. Everyone is friendly and polite and well mannered and keeps to themselves the room will be empty and clean. Internet and tv can be additionally discussed if necessary. Hydro is $35 a month on average. Laundry downstairs 2washers 2dryers.
