The building is on the 3rd floor which is also the last floor, so nobody is living on top of us and it’s very calm. The balcony faces the main street and the rooms are spacious. We have taken time to furnish the room with bed and mattress (but you can also bring yours). The kitchen is well equipped with needed appliances. There’s high-speed Internet access. The landlord is active in terms of response to fixing any detected problem, but he doesn’t live in the building. The house is 5mins to Cote-des neige plaza, Walmart, and Maxi. Bus 160 passes right in front which also connects to bus 165, Cote-des-neige or Plamondon Metros.

Myself, I am a PhD at Polytechnic Montreal, I’m mostly at school and return home late. I am calm, neat and tidy. I don’t drink or smoke. If you are in Montreal you can arrange for a visit. Please while contacting us, I will like you to briefly introduce yourself.
