Room itself is on the second floor next to a couple other rooms- we are a family almost in this house and very sociable! It has in house laundry and dryer unit, two bathrooms, full kitchen and a living room. We are a group of young women recent graduates, but we would love students as well! We’re a very sociable house hold, and we all love spending time together and hanging out- no pressure obviously but we’re all very nice! We also do have a very friendly senior cat who lives with us who is friendly with other cats. We’re all in our early 20’s (all ladies) and we are looking for another woman to move in with us as well! We are also a 420 friendly house hold so no worries about that :))
