I’m looking for 1 female roommate to split rent and/or co-sign on a 2 bed, 2-bath apartment right next to the Walkley train station. Move-in and rent starting June 1st.

Details:

• Private bedroom and bathroom, shared kitchen and living room with in-unit laundry (washer and dryer).
• Rent $1,175 inclusive of water and internet. Utilities extra (hydro and heating), approx. $50-90 depending on usage.
• AC heating, balcony, dishwasher, microwave and stove all included.
• The building has a gym, lounge space and rooftop patio. Parking available for $200/month, storage $35 monthly.

Working professional preferred. No pets or smokers. Proof of income required. If a student, will need proof of enrolment.
