Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share an furnished room in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment near TMU and Sankofa Square/Dundas Square in downtown Toronto, starting August 1, 2026. Rent is $1500, and you would be signing the new lease for 1 year. I’m looking for someone who preferably will be interested in furnishing the apartment. Please let me know if you’re interested!
