Potential for two roomies - that would reduce cost for all. You’ll have your own room, but also share the house. The main floor is going through renovations, there is a TV room upstairs. Best to just inquire and talk. You’d have a choice of two rooms, furniture may need to be rearranged. Lots of parking, friendly neighborhood, large yard. If you love gardening that’s a huge bonus for me. Close to bus stops (to College, and hospital to DT) nice walk to Downtown, close to grocery shops, outdoor pool, junior high and senior high. I’m mid 50s and home on long term disability. It’s mostly me and sometime my daughter stays over. I would like to have a roommate to share bills, share life a bit, chat etc –to be part of the home. Best to chat to see if our needs align. I’m not looking for someone who just wants a room and is independent of the home. The Wifi is not always reliable in wind. Not suitable for work at home on computer types. I have one toy poodle, and two others that visit. The stairs are non negotiable, sorry if stairs are a challenge this won’t work. I enjoy a variety of activities, but I’m more homebody than I used to be. I’m currently working on home renoes and drafting a manuscript. And so we are clear, alcohol is socially respectable and minimal; 420 is not appreciated nor is smoking of any kind, and this is a Pro-Canada home. Cheers
