Fully furnished There is small refrigerator. There is also big dresser, computer table. Night lamp. Closet. I can provide pictures. Closet to UT and Centennial College. 5 minutes to the bus stop. Close to Malvern Mall Close to grocery stores like Asian grocery and Walmart. Bus Accessible also to Scarborough Town Centre.

About the roomies

We are a Christian family and active in our church community. We are easy-going, friendly, and respectful of others. We do not have children living in the home. Occasionally, our nephew visits on weekends. There are renters in the basement, but they have their own separate kitchen and living space, providing privacy for everyone.
