I have an unfurnished bedroom in a 2 bed/1.5 bath apartment available for short-term, but long-term can be discussed. Room has a closet, ceiling fan, and HUGE wall-mounted mirrors. Apartment is otherwise furnished, has A/C, balcony, spacious common area, and large windows for natural light. You’ll mostly have the main bathroom to yourself since I’ll only be in there for showers.

Building is located within walking distance to the Kitchener GO station and Grand River Rocks climbing gym.

About the roomies

You’ll be sharing the apartment with myself and my 17 year old cat, Putz. I’m a 33 year old single woman who has been living in BC for the last decade but I’ve just moved back to Ontario for a year or two. I write and play music on acoustic guitar but I mostly keep things quiet. I love to game(PC) and cook but I also try to get outside whenever I can to bike, run, or hike. Hoping to get back into indoor climbing now that I live so close to the gym!

Putz is friendly with people once she gets to know them but she doesn’t do well with other pets.
