This is a family home shared by the homeowner and daughter, located in a quiet neighbourhood in Canada with friendly neighbour’s. There is a park directly across the street, a nearby bus stop, a gas station close by, and local grocery stores and other convenient amenities within a short distance.

We are looking for responsible, respectful, and working individuals.

Our home is pet-free. Smoking is permitted outside only, and a disposal bin will be provided outside the home for smokers.

If requested, we would be happy to accommodate a lock on the bedroom door for added privacy.

Please note that this room rental would be considered a boarder/shared-living arrangement rather than a traditional tenant setup, as the bathroom, kitchen, and common living areas are shared within the home.

I am a senior and work as a nurse. My adult daughter works in the health and education sector. We are a welcoming family who respects and accepts individuals from all backgrounds, and we want to ensure your stay here feels safe, comfortable, and respectful.
