About the room

We live in a quiet four-plex apartment. Our unit is on the ground floor. There is access to a small front yard and a larger shared backyard.

House rules; no smoking. Our space is for girls only so please no boyfriends staying over. You’re welcome to guests but please give me a heads up when someone is coming over. No loud partying in the unit.

Room; room is currently not furnished so there is the opportunity to bring your own. However, I am planning to furnish it if need be.

About the roomies

There are currently two of us living in our unit and one cat. We are looking for one more roomie. We are both quiet, friendly and enjoy hanging out together.
