Shared kitchen, living room with TV and large studio mirror (ideal for dancers), laundry ensuite. Utilities are included in rent. Wifi is set up and will be split between roommates (approx $25/per person per month). Parking can be arranged upon request $100/month, bike racks are available to rent from the building. Garbage chute located on condo floor, recycling room on main floor in West Tower. Photos that are included have my stuff in in since I’m still living here, but everything in the bedroom/bathroom will be emptied upon moving day.

*Proof of job/income/credit check required, first and last months rent, sublease agreement to be signed. Rent to be paid via e-transfer on the 15th of every month.
