Dishwasher and in unit laundry included. Five minutes to bus routes, close to bike paths, walking trails, and ski trails. Quiet neighbourhood. About the Room: Private bedroom, unfurnished, with a window, AC, and good ventilation. No extra storage outside the room.

We’re A (24) and M (30), two women sharing a bungalow near College Square. A is finishing her last year of college. M works from home. We’re both hands-on around the house — we notice things, take care of them, and appreciate the same in a housemate. We keep plants, cook, and take on the occasional home improvement project. The house runs on a shared calendar, group chat, and monthly check-ins. Organized but lived-in. It works and we’d like to keep it that way. A peaceful living arrangement is the priority above all else. We keep the roommate relationship its own thing — communication, fairness, and mutual respect are the foundation.
