I have a room available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the Desrochers Area. The apartment is a new build, and has many convenient amenities (in-suite laundry, a small gym on site etc.) The apartment is on the first floor, so it is relatively accessible. Water and gas/heat are included, so ideally we’d just share the internet cost and electricity bill.

I’m a male, early career professional who is generally quiet, but I’m happy to socialize too. I like to think I have a good sense of humour. I’d be happy to chill in the common areas, but I also respect people’s need for alone time.
