Hi! It’s a super spacious room located in the basement of the apartment. The room comes with all the furniture you see in the photos (bed, desk, table etc…). We have a nice living area and a fully equipped kitchen upstairs as well as 2 bathrooms and a washing machine and dryer in the apartment which are shared between the 3 roommates ! We also have a small outside space too for gardening and socialising :) It’s a super great location in the heart of the plateau, close to loads of independent shops, restaurants, cafes etc and 10 minutes from Sherbrooke metro station, but also a quiet and peaceful street ☺️

You’ll be living with Arnold and Darius, and Miikka the cat ! Arnold and Darius are both PhD students and great roommates, very tidy and respectful and also super friendly! Arnold is in a band and plays multiple instruments but only practices occasionally and never after 9pm or early in the morning. Miikka is Arnold’s very cute and sociable cat - he’s very well behaved and extremely lovable :)
