About the room

I am subletting my room for June July August in sandy hill. It’s a furnished room in an apartment within a condo. This condo is a 8 min walk from the university of Ottawa and really close to by ward and Rideau mall. What I love the most about this apartment is the balcony, especially when it’s sunny. If you love it, it is also possible to take over the lease starting August.

About the roomies

I am a university of Ottawa student and I study political science and philosophy. I have decided to go back home and work, which is why I need someone to sublet my room. My roomate is also a student. She is studying bio pharmaceuticals in her second year.
